FAQ
Our olive oil is sourced exclusively from our family-owned farm in the heart of the Mediterranean — one of the world's oldest olive-cultivating regions with a history stretching back thousands of years. Every bottle is single-origin — we never blend with oils from other regions.
Most commercial olive oils are late-harvested, heat-processed, and blended across multiple origins, which strips away the majority of their natural polyphenols and flavor. Ours is early-harvested, cold-pressed on-site, and bottled straight from one family farm — preserving everything that makes a great olive oil great.
Polyphenols are naturally occurring antioxidants found in olives that are clinically recognized for fighting inflammation, supporting heart health, and protecting the body at a cellular level. The higher the polyphenol content, the more nutritionally potent the oil.
Olives picked before full ripeness contain significantly higher concentrations of polyphenols and deliver a bolder, fresher, more robust flavor. Early harvesting is one of the most important factors in producing a truly high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Our current stock was harvested in December 2024, ensuring maximum freshness and nutritional potency.
Our olives are cold-pressed on-site at our family farm within hours of being picked. Cold-pressing uses no heat or chemicals, preserving the oil's natural antioxidants, aroma, and flavor exactly as nature intended.
Yes. Our olive oil is 100% organic and sustainably produced, free from pesticides, additives, and artificial preservatives.
Store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid keeping it next to your stove. Properly stored, our oil stays fresh for up to 12 months from the harvest date.
Our oil is best enjoyed raw to fully appreciate its flavor and nutritional benefits — drizzled over salads, vegetables, pasta, or dipped with fresh bread. It's also excellent as a finishing oil over grilled meats, fish, and soups.

"Extra virgin" is the highest quality grade in olive oil, requiring less than 0.8% acidity and no defects in taste or aroma. Our oil comes in at under 0.3% acidity — well above the standard — and is produced in an FDA-registered facility with full traceability from our farm to your bottle.
